How it Works

Good4Work is a free online workplace wellbeing tool.

It is for small-medium sized workplaces, and any business getting started with workplace wellbeing. It is designed to be used by anyone who understands their workplace’s environment, structure and practices, and can make a difference.

Good4Work’s step-by-step process helps you complete actions to change your workplace environment and culture. It focuses on four areas: the way we work, the place we work, the way we connect, and the way we lead.

    The quiz gets you started.

    Take the quiz and rate your workplace against 22 statements. These cover the essential elements for a positive workplace culture and environment.

    Your answers will be used to create results for you to either:    

    • Verify with your people these things are definitely in place.
    • Strengthen these actions in your workplace.
    • Initiate the actions that are currently not available in your workplace.
    • Explore the areas you are unsure about with your people to discover if action is required.

    Send the quiz to your team to get their views.

    Next you are strongly encouraged to find out how your team rates your workplace. After you sign up you can send a unique quiz link to your team so they can have their say. 

    Make sure your team knows you are genuinely interested in what they have to say. Individual responses are anonymous.

    Let them know you will work together to decide where to take action once the quiz results are in

    Work with your team to decide where to take action.

    You will receive an email to let you know when your team’s results are ready to view. 

    Use the graphed results to see how your responses compare to those of your team - what's important to you may be different to what's important to your people. 

    Download your combined results, share and discuss them with your team. 

    Together, choose a couple of areas to take action and create your team’s to-do list.

    Use the resources to take action.

    Download your team’s to-do list and share it with your team.

    Use the checklists, ideas and resources in the tools to take action with your team. When you have finished each action, mark it as complete. 

    You can work on up to three actions at any one time. Once you have marked one as complete you can choose another area from your dashboard.

    Alternatively, if you have new team members or want to start afresh you can clear your staff results and start the quiz again.

    Note: If you want to keep a record of your previous quiz results, you need to download and save them. Clearing the results to re-take the quiz deletes previous data
